Completed my National Senior Certificate from OGwini Comprehensive Technical High School ,year 2010. Extracurricular activity: Captain of my School Netball team at OGwini Comprehensive Technical High School.
Work & Experience
• Facilitating daily lessons, managing classroom discipline and provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to help learners master fundamental reading, writing, and numeracy skills. • Volunteered time providing extra classes to improve students vocabulary pronunciation in Grade 4’s English and Zulu by doing 10 word spelling daily. • Implemented a reward system using sticker stars for spelling tests, Gold star for a perfect score(10/ 10), Silver star for one mistake(9/ 10), and a Green star(8/ 10) for two mistakes. • Taught grade 4 (Class A and B) of 60 students in total, achieved 80% pass rate noticeable improvement in class grades recognised by other teachers. • Achieved 20% improvement(English and Zulu) in students vocabulary within one academic year. • Designed and implemented a rewards system increasing student participation • Volunteered over 100 extra hours for morning classes to boost student performance.
