As a Senior Educator and Department Leader, I bring over 8 years of experience navigating diverse curriculum frameworks—including IEB, CAPS, and international McGraw-Hill systems. My journey across these vastly different educational landscapes has made me exceptionally flexible, highly adaptive, and uniquely skilled at leading multicultural teams and whole-school cultural programs. Whether managing academic governance, mentoring junior staff, or conducting award-winning choirs, I pride myself on creating inclusive, learner-centered environments that celebrate diversity and drive holistic student growth.
